Before Shipment:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped

- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement
- Full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders
After Shipment:
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not available
- You may refuse delivery and the order will be treated as a return

2.2 Cancellation by KapdaHouse
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Pricing or product information errors on the website
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Inability to deliver to the provided address
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund within 5-7 business days.

- Original Tags: All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Original Condition: Product should be in the same condition as received

- No Damage: Product should not be damaged by customer use
3.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
- Share images of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the product securely with all original items and tags
- Ship the product using the provided return label or instructions
- Track your return shipment for confirmation
3.4 Return Shipping
- Damaged/Defective Products: Return shipping is free (we bear the cost)
- Wrong Product Delivered: Return shipping is free
- Change of Mind: Customer bears return shipping charges (if applicable)
- We will provide a return shipping label for eligible returns
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Intimate wear, undergarments, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

- Products with removed tags or damaged packaging

- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer to provided account (7-10 business days)
Note: Bank processing times may vary. If you don't receive the refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or contact us.
5.4 Refund Amount
- Full Refund: For damaged, defective, or wrong products
- Partial Refund: If product condition doesn't meet return criteria
- Shipping Charges: Non-refundable (unless error on our part)
- COD Charges: Non-refundable
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original product following our return process

7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
